Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive/ship items properly in the system with all necessary paperwork.
  • Verify and maintain quantities of products in locations (min/max).
  • Updating Inventory Records
  • Perform Inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
  • Report stock discrepancies to management
  • Fulfill orders at will call window.
  • Package and prepare paperwork for daily shipments going via UPS, FedEx, and freight shipments.
  • Moving and loading/unloading parts with a forklift.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of inventory control experience strongly preferred.
  • Computer and communications skills are a must.
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus.
  • Must be dependable, able to work independently, works well at multi-tasking and a team player.
  • Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
