Job description

Timpte is looking for a Parts & Service Manager for our Customer Service Center in Council Bluffs, NE! This role will be responsible for all aftermarket operations for the assigned Customer Service Center Facility. This person will provide leadership and direction to staff to ensure a successful and safe CSC operation.


Pay for this position is $90-110k per year (Depending upon experience) + annual bonus!

Total compensation potential up to $135k!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for Parts and Service Sales financial targets – sales, margins, expenses, net income.

• Responsible to continuously focus on improving the performance, productivity, safety and shop efficiency on parts and service of the CSC location.

• Direct and manage all branch Parts and Service functions. Responsible for the daily management of all branch personnel and ensure compliance with all company policies.

• Develops and maintains a positive relationship with all existing and new customers and resolves any elevated customer issues.


What We're Looking For:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 3-5 years prior managerial experience in a related industry.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs; including Word, Excel, etc.

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record for occasional travel.
