The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a motivated Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Tukwila, Washington. As the Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing sales and technical support to our customers and the Service department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Parts Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sell parts products and provide excellent service to customers
  • Manage key customer accounts as assigned by the Parts Manager
  • Provide accurate pricing and availability of parts for all requested quotes
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes and close all possible orders
  • Record sales transactions and verify receiving documents
  • Provide Service Technicians with parts as needed
  • Oversee inventory, identify and request parts to be added to branch inventory

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

  • At least two years of experience in a related parts role
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A customer service mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills
