Responsibilities:
 

  1. Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department 
  2. Hire, train, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff
  3. Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments
  4. Create pricing guidelines for customer categories
  5. Monitor and adjusts inventory
  6. Guarantee all parts are properly tagged
  7. Supervise stock order procedures
  8. Work closely with service manage to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed
  9. Provides technical assistance when necessary
  10. Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  11. Enforce safety requirements
  12. Maintain a professional appearance
 

Requirements:
 

  1. At least 2 years experience in parts management
