Responsibilities
  • Understand, implement and lead by the General RV Core Values.
  • Ensure our internal and external customers receive superior service through associates that are product knowledge experts.
  • Build a positive work environment of outstanding teamwork and mutual respect. Lead by example.
  • Support team member growth and development by supporting a culture of learning.
  • Oversee execution of daily operational processes including inventory counts, special order parts and shipping and receiving.
  • Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable to those expectations.
  • Monitor KPI's of department and individual team members to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Goal oriented with a track record for meeting goals.
  • Experience in inventory control with daily cycle counts.
  • Ability to lead and hold other accountable.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to work with a wide range of customers.
  • Schedule availability that aligns with a retail environment (early morning, evening and weekends).
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
  • Valid driver's license.
