Red Eye Radiator and DPF Specialist

Location: Tucson, AZ

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: depending on experience

Position Overview

Red Eye Radiator and DPF Specialist is looking for a motivated and organized team member to join our Tucson location as a Front Counter Representative / Parts Inventory Specialist.

This position is a key role within the shop and will be responsible for customer communication, front counter support, work order intake, and inventory organization. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with job updates, scheduling information, and general questions
  • Greet walk-in customers and intake incoming jobs
  • Open and manage work orders accurately within the system
  • Communicate with shop personnel regarding customer needs and repair status updates
  • Receive incoming parts orders and verify accuracy
  • Organize and maintain parts inventory and shop materials
  • Track backordered and special-order parts
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office and inventory area
  • Assist with general administrative and customer service duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn shop management software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous parts, service advisor, inventory, or shop office experience preferred
  • Heavy-duty, automotive, diesel, or industrial parts experience is a plus
  • English and Spanish speaking also a big plus
