About the Role

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory operations and supporting the inventory needs across multiple facilities. Reporting directly to the Inventory Manager, this role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering positive working relationships across all locations.

The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach when working with teams at each facility. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve inventory-related issues through both hands-on, on-site support, and digital systems.

This position requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate. Regular travel between facilities is required.

Key Responsibilities

Uphold and execute procedures to effectively manage and maintain inventory.

Oversee inventory receiving to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Troubleshoot inventory issues to prevent the loss of company assets.

Train and coach Inventory Specialists.

Coordinate coverage for time-off requests with the Inventory Manager.

Travel between assigned locations.

Required Qualifications

Prior experience in inventory management, auditing, or supply chain operations.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Experience with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.

Ability to analyze discrepancies and solve problems efficiently.

Basic math and computer proficiency.

Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to lift and move inventory as needed.

Reliable personal transportation.

Open availability and schedule flexibility are required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel between assigned locations as business needs dictate.
