Parts Counterperson – RV Dealership

Ricks RV Center is adding a full-time team member to our Parts Department. This is a fast-paced, exciting position that will allow you to use your people skills to assist our customers with all of their parts needs. Experience isn't a must as long as you have an outgoing customer service focused personality. Having RV, camping, or outdoor experience would be preferred. Bilingual is a plus. Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers and vendors.
  • Dispatch parts to technicians and Service Advisors for work orders. Create and modify purchase orders
  • Take daily cycle counts of parts inventory
  • Assist sales staff in providing accessories.
  • Receive incoming parts
  • Take advantage of all Parts training
  • Take initiative to learn about all parts and accessories
  • Provide product knowledge

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to use a variety of software applications, websites and email.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Requires continuous visual ability for use of computer, files, and reports
  • Requires stooping and lifting
  • Ability to bend or sit for long periods
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and reach above shoulders
