As part of Lucky’s Trailer and Truck Centers amp; Dimmick Group Peterbilt you will be tasked with:
Essential Duties:
  • Partners with Parts Manager and Counter Sales Team to keep parts department up to date on delivery schedule.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail to ensure right orders are delivered to the right customer.
  • Maintain cleanliness and operability of delivery truck.
  • Obeys all traffic laws and follows established traffic procedures.
  • Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as directed by Management.
  • Fill customer orders and ready them for delivery.
  • Verifies the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
  • Load Parts trucks in a safe manner, securing all items in the bed of the truck.
  • Retrieve parts returns and report them to Parts Manager or responsible Counter Person.
  • Complete vehicle safety checks per company policy and operates the vehicle within the safety guidelines.
  • Presents bill and receipts and collects payment for goods delivered or loaded.
  • Pick up parts and equipment from customers, satellite stores, and vendors per.
  • Follow all delivery and pick-up processes and protocol to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Certificates, Experience, amp; Education:
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Must meet company insurability standards
