Job description

Compensation: $18 - $20 / Hour (Compensation will and can be based on Performance and Experience)

Lexus of Lakewood is now a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive a Fortune 500 Automotive retailer with over 170 locations with 31 brands across 15 states!

  • Assist all guests and associates in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
  • Checks with the parts manager, wholesale representative, inventory control administrator, parts counter people, or shipping and receiving clerk before leaving to coordinate any last minute pick-ups or deliveries
  • Pick up and delivers parts and equipment to guests, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and/or vendors
  • Pulls and fills orders from stock, as directed
  • Ensure that parts to be delivered matches invoice, verify that invoice matches PO (purchase order) for each pick-up
  • Secure and unload parts truck each night
  • Assist with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts
  • Maintain a prompt, efficient and timely flow of paperwork and delivery schedule
  • Must be able to lift up to and over 50 pounds
  • Experience with automotive parts or military equivalent experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)
