Job description

Hybrid Position; Travel Required

Transform healthcare with us.

At Qualified Health, weโ€™re redefining whatโ€™s possible with Generative AI in healthcare. Our infrastructure provides the guardrails for safe AI governance, healthcare-specific agent creation, and real-time algorithm monitoringโ€”working alongside leading healthcare organizations to drive real change.

This is more than just a job. Itโ€™s an opportunity to build the future of AI in healthcare, solve complex challenges, and make a lasting impact on patient care. If youโ€™re ambitious, innovative, and ready to move fast, weโ€™d love to have you on board.

Join us in shaping the future of healthcare.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic connector and strategist to drive the adoption of our AI infrastructure platform across the healthcare ecosystem. Youโ€™re an expert at making the right connections within an organization, articulating a clear value proposition, and setting up a partnership to succeed.

You have a successful track record in full cycle sales; building Enterprise deals and scaling teams to make it repeatable. You'll play a pivotal role in helping healthcare organizations safely implement and scale AI initiatives within their organizations, building on a clear picture of how Health Systems operate and how technology can transform them. .

Youโ€™re an expert at this work yourself, but youโ€™ve also built and led a high performing team to scale this impact to meet ambitious goals. You will be a critical part of the Commercial Organization, leading Qualified Healthโ€™s growth in a segment of our business and reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership:

    • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales across the healthcare ecosystemโ€”new high profile logos with meaningful expansion opportunity

    • Lead complex deal negotiations with multiple stakeholders to build value and mitigate risk from day 1 (clinical, IT, operations)

    • Develop and present customized ROI analyses showing clinical and financial impact

    • Create and execute strategic plans to penetrate target markets

    • Evaluate sales initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations

    • Partner with leadership to define overall business development strategy

  • Pipeline & Process Management:

    • Build and maintain robust sales pipeline through networking, outreach, and marketing channels

    • Source, track, and manage RFP responses and opportunities

    • Use CRM software to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting

  • Market Strategy & Innovation:

    • Conduct in-depth research to identify key customer segments and pain points

    • Develop compelling sales materials tailored to different market segments (presentations, case studies, white papers)

    • Stay current on healthcare AI trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape

    • Provide market feedback to product team to influence roadmap

    • Build and maintain library of effective sales collateral and customer success stories

    • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and content strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in a healthcare technology or B2B SaaS environment.

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets

  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and workflows

  • Experience creating strategic sales content, materials, and shaping the playbook for others

  • Comfort with remote work while maintaining 50% travel capacity for in-person client meetings

  • Collaborative approach to deal structuring, emphasizing optimal outcomes for both clients and company

What We Offer:

  • Competitive startup salary and equity packages.

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Flexible working hours and hybrid work options.

  • An opportunity to be at the forefront of AI in healthcare, making substantial impacts on patient care and outcomes.

  • A vibrant and inclusive work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.

  • Leadership opportunities to shape our go-to-market strategy

  • Regular attendance at major healthcare technology conferences

  • Professional development and continuous learning in healthcare AI

  • Impact-driven work that transforms healthcare delivery

Why Qualified Health

Youโ€™ll shape how Americaโ€™s largest health systems apply AI to achieve measurable outcomes. Every health system CEO in the country is asking how to make AI real. Weโ€™re one of the few companies with a deployed platform, signed partnerships, and demonstrated results.

We have real momentum. We just closed our Series B fundraise supported by incredible investors like Frist Cressey, Healthier Capital, NEA, Transformation Capital, and SignalFire. Our partnerships span some of the most recognized health systems in the country, and our revenue trajectory is ambitious and attainable.

A front-row seat to healthcareโ€™s AI transformation. In a given week, youโ€™ll engage with multiple health system leadership teams, each with different strategic challenges. Youโ€™ll sit across the table from CEOs and work alongside clinical and engineering teams to structure partnerships that define a new category.

Youโ€™ll build, not inherit. We are still early. The commercial infrastructure, the partnership models, the go-to-market playbook. Youโ€™ll have a direct hand in building all of it. The people who join now will define how this company operates for years.

Additional Details
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required to support partnerships and represent the company at industry events

  • Competitive base salary and equity compensation
