Job Summary:

The Co-Ops Partnership Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships across a portfolio of Tourism Board accounts, supporting the growth of strategic partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Events, to advance business objectives. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships & Co-Brand Marketing Director of Partnerships & Co-Brand Marketing, this role leads the execution of co-op consumer-and trade-facing initiatives in the US and Canada, maintains accurate account documentation, and ensures seamless coordination among internal teams and external stakeholders. The manager also supports partner marketing campaigns, call center training sessions, and partner events to strengthen Collette’s brand presence

Primary Functions:

  • Build and manage long-term, strategic partnerships with Tourism Boards and other companies, centered on mutual business growth, shared success, and measurable value creation.
  • Align partnership strategies with both Collette's business objectives and each partner's destination marketing priorities to maximize mutual outcomes.
  • Manage the execution of partner marketing campaigns, including proposal creation, leading kick-off meetings, completing briefs, and monitoring campaign progress in project management software.
  • Solicit feedback and approvals from partners about creative assets for the agreed campaigns.
  • Coordinate logistics for Tourism Board and supplier partner webinars delivered to call center teams.
  • Maintain accurate partner contact lists, activity trackers, and reporting dashboards. Represent Collette at partner-facing conferences, events, and meetings as required. Support Collette’s sales goals by identifying opportunities for Tourism Boards to participate in tactical campaigns, including initiatives such as the Black Friday Sale.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor by translating partner goals, market trends, customer insights, and performance data into actionable recommendations for partner planning and campaign decisions.
  • Drive sustainable partnership growth by identifying expansion opportunities, testing new activation approaches, and optimizing shared business objectives over time.
  • Gather insights from the campaign and generate outcome reports.
  • Adapt responsibilities as business needs and organizational priorities evolve.
  • Embraces a mindset of curiosity and continuous learning, actively exploring and leveraging AI and other emerging technologies to improve processes, elevate content, and drive efficiency across the organization.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Persuasive & clear communication.
