We're looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our Production Chemicals team. This role combines technical expertise, customer relationship management, field operations, and business development to help our customers optimize production while growing our business.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
  • Provide technical chemical solutions that improve customer operations and reduce lifting costs.
  • Manage an assigned territory while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Prepare customer reports, recommendations, and performance reviews.
  • Conduct field analysis, troubleshoot production chemical issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Manage chemical inventories, treatment programs, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Partner with Technical Services and Operations to resolve complex customer challenges.
  • Lead and mentor Account Representatives and Service Technicians while promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and help ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded.

  • Minimum of one to five years of experience as an Account Representative or Account Manager within the production chemical industry.
  • Working knowledge of production chemistry, chemical treatment programs, and field operations.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate a Company vehicle in compliance with FMCSA requirements.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the position.
  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
