Job description

As a Partner Development Manager, you will develop and maintain relationships with mid & large accounting firms, powered by your passion for consultative sales and strategic advisory. By supporting the end-to-end sales cycle, you will power prosperity for our accounting partners, small business and Intuit through prospecting, discovery and cloud-business strategy generation. In this role, you will perform your duties primarily from an Intuit office. Offsite in-person client meetings are scheduled in advance and generally represent a minority of your working time.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for growing, developing and managing Intuit's relationships with accountants in practice

  • Demonstrate to large audiences and deliver demos and webinars in person and virtually

  • Develop strong relationships at all levels within the partner to drive Intuit's agenda throughout the organization

  • Communicates and understands widely available data such as historical sales trends, category / market growth, analysis of accounts and general market information

  • Actively uses metrics to monitor performance and understand results and drivers, while developing contingency plans to address shortfalls on a weekly basis and taking full accountability

  • Balances for Intuit, the channel, and the partner, making appropriate trade-offs using data and judgment and applying customer critical to quality for win/win

  • Innovates in the business model as appropriate, incorporating best practices from other companies and from within Intuit

  • Collaborate closely with other team members and a set of cross-functional business unit colleagues to drive results


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

  • Proven track record of successful pipeline development and implementation, including design, optimization and scaling of processes to improve efficiency and meet business objectives

  • You have a track record of success in a Partner Development role

  • You are customer obsessed and strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • You are a rock-star communicator with the ability to deliver strong presentations both in person and virtually

  • You have experience dealing with multiple decision-makers

The expected base pay range for this position is:
Toronto $88,500 - $119,500
