  • Coachable and Growth-Minded: Actively seeks feedback and applies it, eager to learn the playbook and progress in sales career
  • Resilient: Sustains effort and a positive attitude through the inevitable no's, treating rejection as part of the process, learning from it, and bouncing back quickly
  • Competitive and Strategic: Internally driven to win and hit goals, and thoughtful about how they get there, building multi-threaded outreach that engages the right stakeholders across the right channels
  • Consultative and Confident: A critical thinker able to effectively comprehend complex business issues and communicate in a way that works for varying stakeholders
  • Intellectually Curious: Genuinely curious about prospect challenges and the healthcare market, researching before reaching out and asking sharp questions to understand why
  • Articulate: Effective communicator, clear and concise in both verbal and written communication
