POSITION SUMMARY:  
The Manager, Marketing Partnerships is responsible for managing and executing sponsorship partnerships across Tao Group Hospitality's portfolio of restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment venues with a primary focus in the Las Vegas and Los Angeles markets. This role serves as the primary liaison between brand partners and internal departments to ensure sponsorships and activations are successfully planned, executed, and measured while maintaining Tao Group Hospitality's operational and guest experience standards. The Manager will collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Events, Culinary, Beverage, and other cross-functional teams to bring partnership programs to life and maximize value for both the organization and its partners.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
 

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of sponsorship activations across Tao Group Hospitality venues and events. 
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Events, Culinary, Beverage, VIP Marketing, and other internal departments to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. 
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned brand partners, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled. 
  • Manage sponsorship activation timelines, deliverables, logistics, and communication from planning through post-event recap. 
  • Ensure all sponsorship activations align with Tao Group Hospitality's brand standards, operational requirements, and guest experience expectations. 
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to execute partnership programs efficiently and effectively. 
  • Track sponsorship deliverables and ensure all contractual assets are executed accurately and on schedule. 
  • Develop post-activation reports and partnership recap materials highlighting campaign performance, guest engagement, and partnership value. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing Partnerships leadership to identify opportunities to enhance existing partnerships and improve activation strategies. 
  • Assist in developing creative partnership concepts, activation ideas, and integrated marketing programs that align with partner objectives and Tao Group Hospitality initiatives. 
  • Support the preparation of sponsorship presentations, proposals, and partnership materials as needed. 
  • Maintain accurate partnership records, calendars, and activation documentation. 
    Coordinate cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders throughout the planning and execution process. 
  • Stay informed on hospitality, entertainment, experiential marketing, and sponsorship trends to recommend innovative activation opportunities.
  • Generate new sponsorship leads as applicable to enhance revenue generation of the department. 
  • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sponsorship marketing, partnership activation, experiential marketing, event marketing, hospitality, entertainment, or a related field. 
  • Experience managing sponsorship activations, branded experiences, or integrated marketing programs. 
  • Strong understanding of hospitality, entertainment, experiential marketing, and consumer engagement. 
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong relationship management skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners. 
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and contractual obligations. 
    Creative thinker with the ability to identify innovative activation opportunities and solve problems proactively. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure partnership success and communicate results. 
    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design platforms is a plus. 
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
