The fund invests in tech-enabled services and software businesses within the lower middle market, with a strong focus on transforming human-driven services into scalable, tech-forward models.About the Fund:This is a lean, high-conviction team where associates work directly with founders and see the full investment lifecycle end-to-end, from origination through exit.
