The Opportunity:

As Program Manager, you will join our growing Enterprise PMO function and lead enterprise level initiatives that are critical to scaling our business. You’ll oversee cross-functional programs, driving accountability and alignment to ensure successful outcomes. Our PMO thrives in a growth environment where structure is evolving - you’ll help set that structure while still getting things done.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead medium to large-scale programs across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Define program objectives, scope, and success measures, ensuring alignment with business strategy
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, reporting, and cadences that create visibility and accountability
  • Navigate ambiguity to drive clarity, focusing teams on priorities and decisions
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and levels, influencing outcomes through collaboration
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks while ensuring dependencies are managed effectively
  • Coach and mentor team members on program management practices
     
Qualifications

Here's What We're Looking For:

  • 5–7 years of program management experience, ideally in a high-growth or technology-driven environment
  • Experience managing different types of programs using blended waterfall and agile approaches
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
  • Experience presenting to Executive leadership
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, capable of influencing without authority
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
  • Ability to provide clarity amidst ambiguity
  • Experience implementing governance, structure, and reporting in less mature organizations
  • A collaborative mindset, thriving in team-based environments where accountability and trust are key

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $98,000-$120,000 and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
