We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and resourceful Program Manager to oversee operations at our partner schools. Mission: "Elevate the students' residential experience on campus with our product and services."Core Values:GraceAuthenticityCourageExcellence Position Overview:The Program Manager oversees daily operations at assigned partner school, including scheduling, dispatching, customer communication, and assisting with seasonal delivery and pick up activities.This is a seasonal, part time role with heavy work load during peak operations (May through June and August through September) and flexible, self managed scheduling during the dispatch season.This position is ideal for someone seeking supplement income rather than full time employment. Key Responsibilities:Manage rental programs at partner schools according to established procedures.Communicate promptly and professionally with customers, frequent texts and emails are required.Respond to service tickets as soon as possible and schedule customer appointments in a timely, organized manner.Assist with deliveries, returns, and repairs during dispatch and off season.Drive a 26' box truck during operations (training provided on our procedures; no forklift use required).Participate directly in on site physical operations to support day to day activities.Ensure all inventory data and account details are accurately documented and maintained within the CRM system.Supervise and support labor teams and temporary staff as operational needs arise. Requirements:To succeed in this role, candidates must:Own a pickup truck and be willing to use it for dispatch season work.Have strong time management skills and the ability to self schedule effectively.Maintain a professional, positive attitude when interacting with students, parents, and campus partners.Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and reliability.Be able to lift 50 plus pounds regularly; this is a very physical role.Hold a valid driver's license.Work independently and handle broad directives without constant supervision.Be available for long, demanding workdays during peak seasons. Compensation and SchedulePay: $22.00 per hour (Average 20 hours per operation)Off Season: $22.00 per ticket (Average 8 to 12 tickets a week)Mileage or Gas Stipend: Provided for use of personal vehicle during dispatch. Typical Hours:Peak Season: (May through June and August through September). Several long workdays (full days shifts)(September through October). Typically 10 to 15 hours per week.Rest of the Year: Approximately 5 to 10 plus hours per week, with the flexibility to create your own schedule.This role is not full time but offers consistent supplemental income for motivated, organized, and physically capable individuals. Additional NotesZero Tolerance Policy for reporting to work under the influence, violations result in immediate termination.Ideal for someone seeking flexible, part time work with the ability to self manage.
