Job Description

Blackstone's Analyst program offers a unique experience among financial firms, enabling participants to develop a well-rounded perspective on business and investing.Strategic Partners provides the opportunity to join one of the most active and long-tenured investment teams in the secondary private equity industry. Analysts will be involved in extensive valuation analysis and financial modeling of portfolio companies and funds across all private equity asset classes. Analysts will gain valuable experience by working on secondary LP portfolio transactions, GP-led continuation funds, co-investments and other unique deals. Additional responsibilities include preparing Investment Committee memos, structuring and executing investments and conducting various research projects.

  • BA or BS degree
  • One to three years in investment banking, private capital advisory, private equity secondaries, or direct private equity
  • Requires on-site presence five days per week in the New York office

Expected annual base salary range:

$100,000 - $140,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone's sole discretion.
