  • Define, implement, and track KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention, renewal rates, and revenue per account, using insights to continuously enhance service delivery and account success.

  • Oversee daily operational functions to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality delivery of professional services-supporting a strong client experience and reinforcing long-term value creation.

  • Direct administrative and operational systems including contracting, invoicing, payments, and platform oversight-ensuring financial integrity and responsiveness in all client transactions.

  • Ensure exceptional coordination across internal teams, consultants, and external partners to consistently meet or exceed service expectations and contractual deliverables.

  • Develop and refine consulting delivery systems that bridge strategic goals with operational execution-enabling repeatable, scalable, and results-driven client engagements.

  • Lead efforts to continuously improve operational workflows-enhancing speed to market, service quality, and cost efficiency across all consulting engagements.

  • Collaborate with the executive team to refine the company's positioning in the market, ensuring service offerings and go-to-market strategies reflect evolving client needs and industry opportunities.

  • Proactively identify and execute strategies to deepen existing client relationships, reduce churn, and increase share of wallet by showcasing impact, fostering trust, and delivering measurable results.

  • Monitor and optimize financial, human, and technological resources to ensure operational efficiency and profitable growth-supporting both client outcomes and internal sustainability.

  • Champion a high-performance culture grounded in innovation, customer focus, accountability, and continuous improvement-empowering teams to deliver client-centric solutions that drive market differentiation.
