This role is responsible for production, as well as servicing and maintaining outdoor advertising structures (including electrical), buildings, and fleet vehicles. The Operations Manager works closely with the Regional Operations Manager to deliver results within budget and on time while maintaining a high-quality work product.**Job Responsibilities*** Manages operations including construction, maintenance, installations, and material management.* Ensures department meets expectations of CCO Service Guarantee according to department specifications, meeting customer quality standards, and fulfilling client contracts on time.* Hires, develops, coaches, and creates a cohesive, high-performance culture with employees by effectively setting and managing performance measures.* Reviews, maintains, and implements safe work practices and compliance with all applicable OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
