• Review and recommend enhancements to Business Process Flows to optimize efficiency within the Alegeus application and functionality.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

• Abilities: Able to manage the customer lifecycle in a fast-paced, highly nuanced environment. Able to effectively communicate with a wide range of audience stakeholders-from C-suite to entry-level contacts to technical analysts.

• Experience: 2-5 years' experience in Client Service Delivery/Account Management role in a SaaS industry. 25 years' experience in the administration of Consumer Driven Health (CDH) accounts/Third Party Administrator (TPA) managed benefits/ or Health Plans, preferred.

• Location: 25% in office hybrid (Boston, MA; Maitland, FL; Milwaukee, WI).

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position's compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
