Job description

We seek a Senior Partner Solutions Architect to enable AWS partners in building, scaling, and selling Generative AI solutions. You will work with strategic partners to develop joint solutions, create go-to-market strategies, and drive technical enablement programs. This role requires deep technical expertise in Generative AI covering foundation models and Agentic solutions, strong partner relationship management skills, and the ability to influence partner product roadmaps and business strategies.
Key job responsibilities
Enable partners to build, market, and sell GenAI (Foundation Models and Agentic Stack) solutions on AWS

Conduct technical workshops and deep-dives to upskill partner engineering teams. Develop reference architectures, solution blueprints, reusable integration patterns, and help unblock customer opportunities.
Collaborate with partners to architect integrated solutions combining partner IP with AWS services. Build proof-of-concepts and demos that showcase joint value propositions

Influence partner product roadmaps to align with AWS strategic priorities.
Develop joint go-to-market strategies and create technical content including whitepapers and solution briefs. Enable partner sales teams through training and sales enablement materials. Participate in joint customer engagements and represent AWS at partner events.
Build trusted advisor relationships with partner technical and business leaders

Serve as primary technical liaison between AWS and strategic partners. Advocate for partner needs with AWS service teams and drive adoption of new AWS services.
Identify emerging trends in the partner ecosystem. Publish technical blogs, speak at industry events, and mentor other Partner Solutions Architects.
A day in the life
Review and respond to partner technical questions via email and Slack

Join architecture review calls to validate partner solution designs. Write code samples and integration guides for partner engineering teams. Conduct hands-on workshops demonstrating AWS service integration patterns.

Collaborate with AWS account teams on joint customer opportunities. Update technical documentation and reference architectures. Troubleshoot partner deployment issues and optimize performance.

Meet with partner product managers to discuss roadmap alignment. Create demo environments showcasing joint solutions. Provide feedback to AWS service teams based on partner requirements.

Engage with end customers to advocate joint solution (partner and AWS).

This team is responsible for ISV partners in GenAI segment. The team works in a cohesive manner, members lean on each other whenever needed and learn from each other to create synergy. Team has a goal driven culture and risk taking is encouraged
