Role Description
We are looking for a mission-driven, energetic, and highly networked Community Outreach & Engagement Manager to own our brand building, outreach, and community development and engagement across Orange City, FL and the surrounding communities.
We know that harnessing the power and support of local communities leads to better patient outcomes. We also know that word of mouth and like-minded healthcare providers are our most powerful referral source for new Diana Health clients. Your job will be to raise awareness about our brand, our Orange City, FL practice, and our services to build and nurture our loyal network of clients, referring providers, and community partners. You will both leverage your existing network and expand it as you meet and develop trusted relationships with new individuals and organizations.
Must have reliable personal transportation. Must be willing to use personal smartphone for work communication. Must be comfortable with a remote position that requires time both in our practice as well as time driving to practices and in/around the Orange City and surrounding areas representing Diana Health.
In this role, you will serve as the face of Diana Health, representing our practice and our team, across the Orange City, FL region.
What you'll do:
Community and Brand Development
  • Articulate the Diana Health mission, model of care, and differentiators at every opportunity possible in the community and with each person you meet
  • Research, identify, and build partnerships with key hubs of community, local business, and social activity (i.e., physical and virtual places places where women gather and share information)
  • Remain well-versed and knowledgeable of the latest components of our care model and our services, and of our provider team roster, preferences, and scheduling availability

Provider & Birth Community Referral Network
  • Build, augment and nurture our network of local providers who refer their patients to women's health service providers such as primary care providers, pediatricians, urologists, and fertility practices.
  • Build, augment and nurture our network of birth community providers who refer their clients to OB-GYN offices such as doulas, lactation consultants, massage therapists, and chiropractors.
  • Visit practices and birth community members to build relationships, provide collateral materials, host lunch & learn type meetings to educate the practices, providers, and their teams about our practice, our services, our Diana Differentiators, and how to refer their clients; ensure closed loop communications on clients they refer.
  • Offer tours of our practice and provide overviews of our services
  • Own, adding to and updating as needed, our local resource recommendation guides. These include our vetted recommended local providers and community partners (e.g., pediatricians, fertility clinics, acupuncturists, doulas, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and up-to-date CRM contact database to support accurate reporting, streamlined communication, and effective relationship management.

Digital Marketing
  • Own set up and maintenance of the local Google Business Profile for the community according to identified company best practices to drive organic online search traffic.
  • Join and participate in local Facebook and similar online groups where women share recommendations and feedback about their healthcare provider(s) to promote Diana Health and gather local insights
  • Assist in identifying & capturing patient testimonials for marketing purposes
  • Participate in "social sharing" of company social media content

Event Marketing
  • Host and sponsor community events to build brand awareness and connections
    • Create and manage an annual outreach plan & calendar with an eye for positive ROI from target audiences (e.g. birth community members, potential referring providers, hospital partners, potential provider candidates, and key potential patient populations) through event attendance, sponsorship, and hosting
    • Identify and pursue co-marketing opportunities with such partners
    • Identify other hyperlocal marketing opportunities, as relevant, to drive new patient volume
  • Represent Diana Health through active participation in local community organizations, networking groups, and civic initiatives such as Chambers of Commerce, Junior League, and other civic or professional groups to foster community partnerships, strengthen brand presence, and enhance awareness of the practice.

Collaborate with our Central Marketing & Operations Teams
  • Own the Orange City, Florida practice team webpage (maintaining bios, headshots, and ensuring up to date with new hires and team transitions)
  • Share needs for print and digital collateral with the team
  • Capture film/photos of the Orange City practice, team members, and community events to be shared on our digital channels
  • Assist with local marketing and public relations opportunities
  • Capture, maintain, and analyze key performance data while updating reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
  • Work closely with Practice Manager to share information and insights to help improve patient experience and volume
  • Develop relationships with local counterparts at our partner hospital in Orange City, Florida to further joint marketing and outreach objectives

Qualifications

    • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent meeting facilitation skills, including the ability to effectively present information to a wide variety of audiences
    • Strong project planning, organizational, and data management competency
    • Technologically proficient, comfortable learning and utilizing CRM systems, reporting tools, and a variety of technology platforms
    • Bonus: experience with content creation, design tools like Canva, and social media
