As a Strategic Partner, you will be a driving force behind transformative talent strategies that empower our associates, elevate leadership capabilities, and fuel Grand Casino's long-term vision. What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent
  • 2+ years in a strategic HR role; 2+ years in generalist or HRBP capacity
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in performance consulting or organizational strategy.
  • Experience in workforce planning, performance consulting, or organizational strategy preferred
  • Strong communicator, coach, and influencer across multiple stakeholder levels
