Rate: All-Inclusive Alignment: W2 or C2C Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Delivery Manager to serve as a trusted technical and delivery advisor for large and strategic customers. The role is responsible for safeguarding and optimizing customer investments, providing technical leadership throughout the entire cloud lifecycle. This highly customer-facing role owns the technical understanding of the customer's SAP landscape and advises stakeholders on critical and complex landscape changes, cloud architecture, migrations, security, networking, business continuity, and ongoing operations. The role partners closely with internal service delivery teams, account teams, system integrators, and SAP Professional Services to ensure successful delivery and exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers regarding SAP RISE technology, cloud architecture, and technical service delivery. * Own the technical relationship with the customer and orchestrate internal SAP/NS2 experts to address complex technical requirements and issues. * Maintain a detailed understanding of the customer's SAP landscape, architecture, integrations, dependencies, and systems both within and outside the managed environment. * Partner with Client Delivery Managers (CDMs) during regular customer and stakeholder meetings to manage expectations, priorities, risks, and service delivery. * Support Account and Technical Operations teams in developing and executing service delivery plans, roadmaps, and calendars. * Analyze customer technical requirements and coordinate appropriate delivery resources to drive issues through resolution. * Advise customers on Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Security & Compliance, Networking, Cloud Architecture, and SAP Operations. * Assess customer security and networking requirements and align them with SAP security architecture and cloud capabilities. * Conduct monthly technical and operational reviews to evaluate progress against the customer's cloud architecture and roadmap and drive resolution plans for identified issues. * Support SAP migration and transformation roadmaps in partnership with customers, System Integrators, SAP Professional Services, and other delivery partners. * Provide technical guidance related to S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration approaches, methodologies, and tools. * Advise customers on SAP cloud solutions and integration scenarios involving SAP BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and other SAP platforms. * Present SAP private cloud offerings, technical architecture, service models, and engagement approaches to both technical and executive stakeholders. * Proactively identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve the performance, resiliency, security, and efficiency of customer SAP environments. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related technical discipline. * 4+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience * 4+ years of customer-facing SAP technical consulting experience. * 4+ years of experience with solution design, enterprise architecture, and/or SAP implementations. * 2+ years of technical project management experience** supporting SAP operations or implementations. * Strong knowledge of the SAP product portfolio, technical architecture, releases, platforms, and system interdependencies. * Experience supporting SAP applications and infrastructure within cloud-hosted environments. * Strong understanding of SAP Basis, NetWeaver, HANA, S/4HANA, operating systems, databases, networking, and infrastructure concepts. * Working knowledge of at least one major hyperscaler: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Strong technical project and engagement management skills. * Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Excellent customer relationship management, presentation, facilitation, and de-escalation skills. * Ability to coordinate multiple technical teams and drive complex issues through resolution.
