Overview of the Role

This position bridges strategic delivery leadership and revenue growth, partnering closely with Partners. The role will serve as a strategic leader driving innovation, execution, and analytics programs across Salesforce effectiveness, targeting and sizing, forecasting, patient analytics, and reporting in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences domain. Leveraging processes, technology, and accelerators, this leader will execute strategic initiatives and convert them into scaled programs for Beghou clients, delivering measurable impact across Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Sales enablement.

We'll Trust You To:
  • Manage programs from the ground up, including client and team management, solution design, quality testing, solution innovation, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes; manage project finances by maintaining financial summaries, drafting SOWs for new work, and managing client invoices.
  • Develop and lead new POVs (point of view) and Innovation initiatives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise that informs emerging trends and points of view to enable business development, client engagement, solution innovation, and media engagement.
  • Design solutions to run analytics programs (both on the BD and Supply side).
  • Support a collaborative, innovative, customer‑centric environment.
  • Design analytics solutions that aid in business development and help solve the client's business problems.
  • Train and develop a delivery team that will execute the client solution.
  • Provide project leadership for team members regarding process improvements, planned approaches for client requests, or transition of new deliverables.
  • Assist in supporting management, including promoting employee engagement, recruiting, training, and providing ongoing education, mentorship, and coaching; contribute to internal initiatives as needed.
  • Foster an innovative and inclusive team‑oriented work environment.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members on their professional development and serve as their Professional Development Manager.
  • Grow external client engagements, owning aspects of the relationship between the client and the firm.
You'll Need To Have:
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences or related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of managing and leading analytics, strategy, commercial operations, and consulting.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry managing various project initiatives across commercial operations, requiring knowledge of business reporting enhancements, data management processes, and/ or marketing/sales operational process design and execution.
  • Deep expertise in commercial pharma use cases.
  • Broad experience in different analytics tools, data sources, and programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, IQVIA, Veeva, Symphony, SAS, R, Python, AWS, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Understanding of AI/ML technologies and their business applications.
  • Effective people management skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly.
