As a Snapology Instructor, you will lead fun, educational STEAM classes, workshops, camps, and parties for children ages 3–14. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with kids, have excellent classroom management skills, and are passionate about fostering creativity and learning.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Snapology curriculum in a positive, engaging, and professional manner.
  • Supervise and actively interact with students to encourage participation and creativity.
  • Set up and clean up classroom materials and supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, site contacts, and Snapology management.
  • Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and manage materials inventory as needed.
  • Represent Snapology in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional way at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children in an educational, camp, or recreational setting is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable with basic technology and willing to learn Snapology’s educational tools.
  • Energetic, reliable, and punctual.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and to be active on your feet for extended periods.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
Work Schedule:
  • Part-time hours (approximately 5–25 hours per week).
  • Shifts vary and may include day time, evening, or weekend hours, after-school programs, camps, weekend workshops, and birthday parties.
