Job description

We are seeking part-time Administrative Assistants for our Hartford and New Haven offices helping around the office with answering phones, filing, maintaining copiers, supply management, organization of office and office supplies, and other general office tasks; working with attorneys on a myriad of cases, this can include preparing exhibits/exhibit booklets, reading through documents, drafting correspondence and responses, and proofreading.
Candidate must be organized, a quick learner, able to work independently, detail-­oriented, responsive, have excellent oral and written communication skills, can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, be comfortable multi-tasking and working with a team of different attorneys and always have a positive "will-do" work ethic.
Current office support experience required; knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Outlook and Excel required.
