Shift: PM Shift | Weekend & Holiday Availability Required

We are currently hiring a Dietary Aide to join our culinary team. Mealtime is one of the most important parts of our residents’ day, and our Dietary Aides play a key role in creating a positive dining experience through excellent service, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Dietary Aide Responsibilities

As a Dietary Aide, you will:

  • Serve meals that are appetizing and visually appealing

  • Assist with meal service in a timely and professional manner

  • Follow portion control and dietary guidelines

  • Set up meal trays, dining areas, and food carts

  • Prepare and deliver snacks as instructed

  • Assist with dishwashing and kitchen sanitation duties

  • Complete daily cleaning assignments according to facility procedures

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining environment

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and team members

  • Support residents with a positive and compassionate attitude

Qualifications for Dietary Aide

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • Ability to work weekends and some holidays

  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
