Job description

NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. This is a part-time position with a weekday schedule M-F and maximum of 29 hours per week. No weekend hours available. No Remote Work. No Benefits due to part-time position.

The administrative assistant will perform a variety of duties related to routine clerical and administrative functions. Related tasks include drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files/reports, timekeeping, or providing information to callers and visitors. Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Completion of secretarial courses in typing and/or business practices
  • Two (2) years of administrative/secretarial experience in public service.
  • Valid Georgia driver’s license
  • Proof of personal auto insurance; acceptable driving record
