Job Summary: Part-Time Closing Infant Teacher

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated part-time Closing Infant/ Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants. Your primary duties will include supervising and caring for infants/toddlers during the late afternoon and evening hours, assisting with feeding, diapering, and following individualized care plans. You will also engage in activities that promote early developmental milestones, such as sensory play, language development, and motor skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, possess strong communication skills, and be committed to creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for both the children and their families. This position is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who enjoys contributing to the early learning journey of infants in a supportive, caring environment.
Qualifications:
  • Must meet state licensing requirements for education and experience
  • Knowledge of early childhood education and curriculum
  • Knowledge of child care licensing rules and regulations
  • Ability to obtain training in CPR/Fire Safety and other training required
  • Must be able to meet state background check requirements.
  • Must be able to work  2:00pm - 6:30pm Monday through Friday
