DentalQore is a practice growth and technology company helping dental practices grow intelligently through better visibility, positioning, and predictable patient acquisition.

We are seeking a disciplined, calm, and coachable Appointment Setter to join our team. As the first point of contact between DentalQore and prospective clients, this role is a core driver of our growth—creating opportunity, fueling the sales team, and supporting predictable, scalable revenue.

This is not a closing role. It is a high-volume, high-focus performance position designed for individuals who take pride in consistency, professionalism, and learning through coaching.

  • Introducing DentalQore clearly and professionally
  • Qualifying prospects and determining next steps
  • Booking high-quality introductory appointments for sales specialists
  • Following a proven script and structured process
  • Accurately logging call outcomes and notes
  • Participating in ongoing training and coaching
