Position: Associate Dentist (Friday/Saturday)

We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of delivering outstanding dental care to the community and help us create joyful experiences for both children and adults.   • Enjoy working with children, who represent 70% or more of our patient demographic.
Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with:

  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
  • A support ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
  • A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults (varies by location)
  • An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
  • A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

We Expect You to Have
  • A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure
  • Any additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults
