You will lead a frontline team of 1 to 5 cleaners across various off-site projects, including commercial openings, residential cleanings, post-construction sites, and renovation clean-ups. In this role, you will balance hands-on cleaning with team management and on-site training. Post-Construction & Renovation Clean-UpDebris Removal: Clearing small leftover construction materials and trash.Dust Mitigation: Detailed wiping of heavy drywall dust from walls, ceilings, and fixtures.Detailing: Cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, light fixtures, and baseboards.Polishing: Scraping and polishing windows, glass, and stainless steel surfaces.2. Commercial Cleans & New OpeningsFloor Care: Vacuuming, mopping, and staging large commercial floor spaces.Sanitization: Disinfecting high-touch areas like light switches, door handles, and restrooms.Window & Glass Cleaning: Ensuring streak-free entryways, mirrors, and internal glass partitions.Presentation Setup: Wiping down final surfaces so businesses are ready for immediate public opening.3. General Residential CleaningKitchens: Deep cleaning appliances, countertops, sinks, and cabinet faces.Bathrooms: Scrubbing, sanitizing, and removing soap scum from showers, tubs, and toilets.Living Areas: Dusting all surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and mopping hard floors.
