The Role:
As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines helping customers find the perfect phone, plan and accessories. If you enjoy interactive technology, working in a busy environment, and can educate consumers on Cricket Wireless' family of products, then we want to speak with you!

  • Sell Cricket Wireless, plans, phones, and accessories "The Best Value in Wireless."
  • Hit and beat sales goals for phones, accessories, plans, add-ons, retention and autopay.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to goodbye.
  • Help customers understand Cricket products, features, and services.
  • Enjoy developing and maintaining relationships with co-workers and consumers.

Requirements:
  • At least one year of retail experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • At least one year of experience handling cash transactions and balancing cash drawers.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, weekends, and during peak retail selling periods. Work at various locations may also be required.
  • Attendance at off-site events during and after business hours required.
  • Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices.
  • Bilingual: Spanish speaking is a huge plus.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment & engaging with consumers. You must be enthusiastic and have the drive needed to complete sales.
  • Independent and self-motivated team player.
  • Regular physical activity will be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays, etc.
  • Ability to use reliable personal transportation to make daily bank runs to submit deposits as needed.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass background.
  • Must have a fully functioning smartphone on your first day of work.
