What you ger to do as a Part-Time Wine Ambassador at Busch Gardens Williamsburg
The Wine Ambassador is responsible for educating guests and promoting wine to guests by conducting professional wine tasting experiences.
  • Conduct Wine Tastings while educating guests on the characteristics of the different wines, their history, region, etc.
  • Suggestively encourage the sale of a tasting, trio sampling, glass, or bottle sale.
  • Maintain wine inventory on sales floor and back stock notifying supervisor of needs for wines and production supplies.
  • Keep wine testing area clean and organized
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with high guest interaction

What it takes to succeed:
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High School Diploma / GED preferred
  • Must be outgoing and professional, with the ability to become knowledgeable about wine, including sampling and learning characteristics of different wines, history, region, etc.
  • Must be able to remain standing for up to eight hours
  • Two full days of availability required
