What you'll do
  • Primary responsibilities include supporting wildlife and botanical field surveys, aquatic resource delineation, data interpretation, and preparing associated survey reports.

  • Seasonal tasks include construction monitoring for permit compliance.

  • This role is part-time variable and will be on-call as needed. 
Required Qualifications
  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the biological sciences;
  • Experience with California native wildlife and/or vegetation, have 2-5 years of experience;
  • Candidates must be willing to work in both an office and in the field. 
  • Some extended overnight field assignments are likely.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Be highly motivated and enthusiastic;
  • Have strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Interested in pursuing professional growth in a growing midsized consulting firm.  
Compensation range is from $25 to 34/hr, depending on experience
