Looking for a role where you can bring energy, creativity, and connection to someone's day? Join the team at Cascades at Saint Anne and help create meaningful moments for residents through engaging activities and personalized experiences.

We're hiring a Part-Time Activities Assistant with availability to work at least one weekend day on a consistent schedule.

  • Part-time, averaging 16 hours per week
  • Must be available to work at least one weekend day
Pay & Benefits
  • $21.30 - $22.00 per hour
  • Pay is based on relevant experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or similar settings
What You'll Do

In this role, you'll support the Activities Director in delivering programs that enhance residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.

  • Lead and assist with group and one-on-one activities tailored to resident interests
  • Adapt activities to meet varying cognitive and physical abilities
  • Encourage participation and build positive relationships with residents
  • Help maintain a clean, organized activity space and supplies
  • Stay flexible-adjust plans as needed to meet changing needs throughout the day
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in activities, recreation, event planning, or caregiving (professional or volunteer) preferred
  • Ability to stay organized, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to obtain a King County Food Handler Permit within 2 weeks of hire
  • Ability to assist with light physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs., mobility support, standing/walking for extended periods)
