DeWaard & Bode, Whatcom, and Skagit counties' largest, local appliance and mattress retailer is hiring! Are you a people person with a knack for organization and a passion for people? Look no further! We are seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join our team.


As the face of our store, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your warm and friendly demeanor will make them feel welcome and ensure their needs are met. From answering phone calls and directing inquiries to providing product information and scheduling appointments, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and efficient customer experience.


Compensation: $20/Hour


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers with a smile and assist them in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our wide range of appliances.
  • Schedule appointments for customers and maintain an organized calendar.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining inventory records.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and support.


Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
