Front Desk Concierge (Weekend Part-Time)
Position Overview
Stratton Amenities is seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Concierge to support a luxury residential community on weekends. This role is responsible for maintaining a strong lobby presence, managing resident and guest interactions, and ensuring smooth front desk operations during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming lobby presence at all times
  • Greet residents and guests, manage visitor access, and announce arrivals
  • Answer and route phone calls with proper etiquette
  • Handle packages, deliveries, and key control according to property procedures
  • Monitor building access and follow security protocols
  • Assist residents with requests, reservations, and general inquiries
