Position Type: Part-Time | Weekend On-Call *HYBRID POSITION*
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Weekend On-Call Coordinator to support our Home Healthcare team during designated weekends. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers, clients, family members, and guardians outside of normal business hours.
The Weekend On-Call Coordinator is responsible for managing staffing issues, caregiver call-outs, scheduling adjustments, client concerns, and weekend communications while ensuring continuity of care and operations.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in home healthcare, scheduling, staffing coordination, or office administration.

In the event of a last-minute call-out or staffing emergency where coverage cannot be secured despite reasonable efforts, the Weekend On-Call Coordinator may be required to provide temporary client coverage until a caregiver can be arranged.
While this is expected to be an uncommon occurrence, applicants must be willing and able to report to a client's home when necessary to ensure continuity of care and client safety.
