Job Summary:

Alpine Care of Zion is seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for patients, families, and staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. We are looking for a part time 3P-11P and a part time 11P-7A to work every other weekend only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, families, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls and handle confidential documents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including managing patient flow
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and referring them to the appropriate staff member when necessary
