Position Overview

Stratton Amenities is a hospitality services company providing luxury, hotel-style front desk and concierge services for upscale apartment and condominium communities. We are seeking a Part-Time Weekend Front Desk Agent to support high-end residential properties in the Dallas area.

This position is ideal for a polished, service-driven professional who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and delivering consistent, high-quality service to residents and guests. The Front Desk Agent plays a key role in first impressions, daily operations, and overall resident satisfaction.

Schedule Requirements
  • Weekend availability is required

  • Holiday availability is required

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

  • Maintain front desk operations and ensure a polished lobby presence

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to resident requests

  • Answer phones, take accurate messages, and communicate effectively

  • Log, track, and distribute resident packages accurately
