Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Weekend Guest Service Agent to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service to our guests during weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will be attentive, professional, and able to handle guest requests efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a courteous manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • Must be available to work either the 7:00 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM shift or the 3:00 PM โ€“ 11:00 PM shift, based on the hotel's scheduling needs.
