Familiarity with POS systems, bar equipment, and inventory management tools is often required. Excellent customer service, multitasking, and communication skills help bartenders create a welcoming atmosphere and efficiently handle busy shifts. These abilities are crucial for delivering great service, ensuring compliance with alcohol laws, and maximizing customer satisfaction during peak hours.
