Job description

First Years Preschool - Preschool Teacher (Part-Time)
Weekday Early Education | Church Preschool

First Years Preschool is seeking a passionate, Christ-centered Preschool Teacher to lead a nurturing, engaging classroom where children grow academically, socially, and spiritually.

Hours: 8:30 AM-1:30 PM (10-month school year)

Days: Vary, depending on positions available at time of hiring

Responsibilities:
Plan and lead age-appropriate, faith-based lessons
Foster a love of learning and child development
Create a structured, nurturing classroom
Communicate with parents
Maintain organization and positive behavior
Participate in meetings and professional development

Qualifications:
Committed Christian role model
Bachelor's degree (ECE preferred) or relevant experience
Experience with young children (preferred)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Willing to complete DCF training and background screening
