Do you enjoy working with children, educating others, and creating memorable experiences? Join our team as a Field Trip Associate and help provide fun, engaging, and educational farm experiences for school groups visiting our agritourism destination.

This position is ideal for energetic, outgoing, and dependable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment and enjoy interacting with guests of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist students, teachers, and chaperones upon arrival.
  • Lead educational farm tours and interactive learning activities for school groups.
  • Facilitate hands-on experiences while ensuring guests remain engaged and informed.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment throughout each field trip.
  • Monitor group activities and assist with crowd management as needed.
  • Set up, prepare, and clean activity stations before and after events.
  • Assist with transitions between activities and help ensure field trips stay on schedule.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting guests.
  • Represent the farm in a professional, friendly, and positive manner at all times.
  • Support other farm events and guest experiences as assigned.

Qualifications
