Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
8:30 am to 12:30 pm
Job Description:
Petal Path Montessori Academy is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Montessori Guide to lead our weekday morning program. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about child-led learning and creating a calm, engaging environment where children can explore and grow.
Our program is Montessori-inspired and focuses on independence, hands-on learning, and fostering a love of exploration in young children.
Responsibilities:
Guide children through a structured yet flexible Montessori-inspired morning
Prepare and maintain a calm, organized classroom environment
Support children in developing independence, social skills, and engagement
Facilitate age-appropriate activities rooted in hands-on learning
Communicate effectively with team members and families as needed
Qualifications:
Experience working with young children (required)
Montessori experience or training preferred but not required
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Warm, patient, and reliable
